For organisers

• Nasna's fee: 5% + £0.35 per paid ticket. It comes out of the ticket money. Buyers pay exactly the price you set — nothing is added for them.
• Card costs are included in that fee (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Nothing else is taken.
• Refunds: buyers always get back everything they paid. Nasna gives back the rest of its fee and keeps only £0.35 + 1.5% per ticket — what the card payment already cost. It comes off your next payout.
• Free events are free. No fee on free tickets or on your guest list.
• Donations: Nasna takes nothing. 100% goes to the cause you choose.
• No monthly fee, no set-up fee, no contract.

The Nasna Guarantee

If an event is cancelled, buyers get their money back — not “if the organiser returns it”. For organisers who are new to Nasna, part of the ticket money is kept safe until two days after the event; the rest goes to them as tickets sell. Once Nasna knows an organiser, they get all of it straight away.

• Nasna is a UK service. Your consumer rights under UK law always apply.
