Terms for buyers
Last updated 2026-10-03 · draft for legal review
These terms apply when you get tickets on Nasna. Please read them with the event page, which shows the event’s own refund policy.
Who we are
Nasna is run by [Company name, registered number and address — to be added]. Nasna sells tickets on behalf of the organiser of each event. The organiser runs the event and is responsible for it.
Prices
The price on the event page is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout. Donations are optional and go in full to the cause shown.
Your tickets
Each ticket has a QR code that lets one person in, once. Keep it private: anyone with your QR code could use it first.
You can give a ticket to a friend for free before the doors open; the old code then stops working. Selling a ticket for more than you paid is not allowed, and tickets resold that way may be cancelled.
Organisers may limit how many tickets one person can buy.
Refunds
If an event is cancelled, you get back everything you paid, automatically, to the card you paid with.
If the date or venue changes, you can get a full refund from your ticket page until the date shown there.
Otherwise, the event’s refund policy applies. You can ask the organiser from your ticket page; if they don’t reply within 7 days, Nasna will look at it.
Tickets for an event on a specific date are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right for online purchases. Your other rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
At the door
The organiser can refuse entry for safety reasons, age limits shown on the event page, or if a ticket has already been used, refunded or cancelled.
Payment disputes
If you ask your bank to reverse a payment, the tickets in that order stop working while the dispute is open. Please contact us first: we can usually help faster.
Our responsibility
We take care to run Nasna well, but the organiser is responsible for the event itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Complaints
Use the Help page. We reply within 5 working days and aim to resolve complaints within 20. Our complaints procedure is on the same page.
Privacy
How we use your details is explained on the Privacy page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim there and keep the protection of your local law.
