How reviews work
- Only people who were there. You can review an event only if your ticket was scanned at the door, from the start of the event until 14 days after. One review per order.
- No rewards for reviews. Nobody is paid, given discounts or credit for writing a review, good or bad. Badges count that you took part, never what rating you gave.
- No fake or bought reviews. Organisers can't write reviews of their own events or delete reviews. They can reply once, publicly.
- Abuse. An organiser can hide a review that is abusive or not about the event, but only until Nasna checks it. Nasna puts it back unless it breaks these rules. Anyone can report a review.
- What gets removed: threats, hate, harassment, personal information, spam or adverts, and content that is illegal in the UK. Criticism is not removed.
- Only your first name is shown. Your email address never is.
Questions about a review? Reply to any Nasna email.
